01Who provides the service

The app is provided by TURPAN DINING PTY LTD (ABN 69 691 890 838), South Australia, Australia. These terms supplement Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. Where they differ, Apple’s agreement governs matters between you and Apple.

02What the app does

• creates a secure (encrypted) connection between your iPhone and our servers using the shttp protocol;
• lets you choose a server country or connect automatically;
• checks links on the device and warns you when a link shows signs of a fake.

03Free version and Premium

The free version includes a secure connection with fast connect and several countries, plus link check. A Shturman Premium subscription additionally unlocks all countries and Premium servers on every iPhone signed in to your Apple ID. The list of countries may change.

04Subscription and payment

• Premium is an auto‑renewable subscription for 1 month or 1 year. The price is shown in the app in your currency before you buy.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The next period is charged within 24 hours before the current one ends.
• You can manage the subscription and turn off auto‑renewal in your Apple ID settings: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. After you cancel, Premium stays active until the end of the paid period.
• Purchases are processed by Apple. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies: reportaproblem.apple.com.
• If you reinstall the app or switch iPhones, tap Restore Purchases in the app’s Settings.

05Acceptable use

You agree not to use the app for:

• any unlawful activity;
• sending spam, distributing malware or committing fraud;
• attacking any systems or networks, including our servers, or trying to gain unauthorised access to them;
• anything that infringes the rights of others or interferes with other users.

You are responsible for complying with the laws of the country where you use the app. We may restrict or end access if you break these rules.

06Link check is a hint

Link check assesses an address against known signs of a fake. It does not inspect the site’s content and does not guarantee that a site is safe or unsafe. The decision to open a link is yours.

07Availability

We work to keep the service stable, but we cannot guarantee it will be available everywhere at all times without interruption: it also depends on your network and carrier. We may change the servers and countries offered and update and improve the app.

08Intellectual property

The app, the shttp protocol, the name, logo and design belong to us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, non‑exclusive licence to use the app on Apple devices in line with the App Store rules.

09Liability

The app is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss, lost profits or loss of data. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law that cannot be excluded by contract, including the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.

10Ending use

You can stop using the app and delete it at any time. If you have a subscription, turn off auto‑renewal in your Apple ID settings — deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.

11Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia, unless mandatory laws of your country of residence require otherwise.

12Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The new version applies from the date at the top of this page; we will tell you about material changes in the app.
